Budget 8 Motel

It is an older motel that's very clean and spacious. It's on the outskirts of John Day and even with the highway near, our room was very quiet. I paid extra in order to have my dog and it was a very good location to be with a pet. The refrigerator was larger than usually seen in motel rooms which came in handy. I liked that there was an actual coffee pot for us to use. The couple running the motel were very nice.

Rooms are a good size and include microwave, coffee machine and fridge.

I liked having ample chairs to sit in while watching the tv. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Sweet people running the motel. Bikers don't require much but all of my needs were met and the rooms were clean and inexpensive. Would stay there again.
